This business is located in central Penticton, two blocks from main street, on a corner lot. The building is 9800 sqft,very well insulated. The mini storage section is 6400 sq ft and  has an outer shell of metal. The office section is 3400 sq ft with a concrete exterior, located at the front with mini storage at the back. The roof is metal. There is also 440 power.

 

We have 90 inside storage units of varying sizes 54  8x8 units,  4    8x16 units,  30  4x8 units, 1  4x12 unit,  18x12 unit

Customers are given individual codes and have access 24/7.We get a print out of all the customers that have accessed the storage with time and date recorded. A customer's code can be cut whenever necessary. An alarm system is in place, and also monitoring and patrolling.

The exterior of the building was painted 2 yrs ago and we have fenced outside storage for 22 vehicles.

Our hours of operation are 2to 5pm Mon to Fri,which makes this business perfect for a person who wants to be semi -retired with freedom to enjoy the Okanagan.
