With only 15 days to go we are all excited here in Summerland & Penticton BC as we honoured our Canadian athletes as they prepare for the 2010 Olympic Games Feb 12, 2010.
Sunday, Center Stage in Summerland was packed beyond capacity to welcome our ‘hometown’ heroes. We do not have many ‘positive’ influences and mentors so it was wonderful for all of use both young and old to get inspired and even teary-eyed seeing the dedication, hard work and passion exemplified by all the athletes competing in the 2010 Olympic Games Feb 12, 2010 Go Summerland Go!!

Since traveling to China over 20 years ago as part of my university training I have been fascinated with China. That fascination continues and that is the purpose of this book.
